1. The person must possess a unique blend of business, design and technical savviness
2. Sales engineer required for sales of solar systems in north india.
3. The job involves sales of solar systems and setting up of solar power projects in ratings from 3kw onwards at residential sites, commercial, institutional and other locations.
4. To be part of Techno-Commercial team and provide support to Sales team and customers in respect of solar PV / energy saving products.
5. Conducting feasibility studies of installing PV grid-connected systems

Solar Project Engineer

1. Prepare detailed work plans
2. Collect data about project sites
3. Design alternative energy systems
4. Create graphical representations of energy production systems
5. Evaluate plans or specifications to determine technological or environmental implications
6. Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance
7. Determine design criteria or specifications
8. Provide technical guidance to other personnel
9. Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency
10. Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work
11. Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
12. Candidates have to perform and supervise installation, commissioning and testing of different solar plant
13. Hands on Experience: PVsyst, Designing in AutoCAD, Designing of Solar Power System (On Grid & Off-Grid) upto 1 MW
14. Designing of PV system & getting necessary approval.
15. Installation of modifications when required
16. Preparing DPR, BOM, Project Costing, Vendor Dealing
17. Manage and Review the design phase of project including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for Photo Voltaic power plant
18. Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure that the project is delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost
19. Coordination with Consultants and contractors for the availability of men, materials, designs and drawings

1. Coordination with various team

3. Supervise / Quality control of work
4. Coordination of installation schedules
5. Management of staffing to ensure time completion
