Registration on the National Portal:
To register your company as a vendor for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, you need to first register on the National Portal for Rooftop Solar.
Required Documents:
You'll need to submit the following documents as per the guidelines published by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE):

PAN of the company.
Key contact personnel details.
Documents of incorporation/proprietorship/partnership.
Key manpower and training credentials. Like IST Training Certificate
A declaration as a service provider (Annexure V).
